1) What do you sell?
Rowanframe offers practical home-furnishings, including seating, tables, storage, bedroom items, and selected outdoor products. Product details and specifications are listed on each product page.
2) Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States (contiguous U.S.). If a location is not serviceable, you’ll see it at checkout or we will contact you after purchase.
3) How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs (if any) are shown at checkout before you place your order. Any free-shipping thresholds or promotions are also displayed on-site.
4) How long does processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
5) How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the item and shipping method:
- Small/standard items may ship via parcel carriers.
- Large/heavy items may ship via freight and can require appointment scheduling.

6) Do you offer freight delivery for large items?
Yes, some items ship via freight. Freight deliveries may require an appointment and may be curbside/threshold delivery depending on the carrier and item. Details are provided in our Shipping Policy.
7) Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not entered processing or shipped, we can usually help with cancellations/changes. Once shipped, we cannot cancel or change the delivery address. See our Cancellation & Order Changes Policy for full details.
8) How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email (when available). You can also use our Order Tracking page on the website.
9) What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:
- The shipping label
- Outer packaging/carton
- The damaged area and item condition
We’ll guide you through the next steps based on the situation.
10) What if parts are missing?
Email us with your order number, a description of what’s missing, and photos if possible. We’ll help identify the correct parts and provide a resolution.
11) What is your return policy?
Return eligibility, timelines, and conditions are listed in our Returns & Refund Policy. Some large-item returns may require scheduled pickup, and return shipping fees may apply for “no-reason” returns (where permitted and as described in the policy).
12) When will I receive my refund?
If a refund is approved, we process refunds to the original payment method. Refund processing may take 1–5 business days after approval, and banks/payment providers may require additional time to post the funds.
13) Are prices shown in USD? Are taxes included?
Prices are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes and shipping charges (if any) are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order.
